Terms of service
These terms set out your rights and obligations, the limits of use, and the limitations of liability when you use the WenYi service.
Last updated: October 30, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using WenYi (问易); when you sign in or sign up, you must tick the box to agree to these terms.
1. The service
- WenYi provides charting, the calendar, history, the AI assistant and related information management features.
- Some features may generate content using AI models. AI output is probabilistic and uncertain, is for reference only, and should not be the sole basis for professional decisions.
- We may adjust features, pages, pricing and usage limits based on product plans, compliance requirements or technical circumstances.
2. Accounts and sign-in
- You can sign in with a phone number, email address or WeChat, and you should keep your devices, password, verification codes and signed-in sessions secure.
- You can close your account at any time under "Account security"; after closing, personal content such as conversations, charts and saved profiles is deleted, and your credits are forfeited with the account. This cannot be undone.
- If you discover that your account has been stolen or misused, or notice abnormal sign-ins, credits or data, you should stop using it promptly and contact us to deal with it.
- You are responsible for any losses caused by your own disclosure of verification codes, shared devices or improper operation.
3. Rules of use
- You must not use the service to submit, generate or spread content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent or harassing, that constitutes a malicious attack, or that undermines system security.
- You must not affect the stability of the platform or other users' experience through crawlers, bulk registration, API abuse, bypassing permissions, reverse-engineering attacks or similar means.
- You are responsible for the questions and information you enter and for how you subsequently use AI output.
4. Credits, fees and service availability
- Some features may use credits or be subject to limits on the number of uses, frequency, model resources and account status.
- Due to network issues, model providers, SMS services, cloud services, maintenance and upgrades, force majeure or other reasons, the service may experience delays, interruptions or failed results.
- We will do our best to keep the service stable, but we do not promise that the service will never be interrupted, nor that every piece of generated content will be completely accurate or meet all of your expectations.
5. Content and intellectual property
- The platform's pages, interactions, code, brand, design and compiled base data are protected by applicable law.
- You retain your rights to the lawful content you enter; you also authorize us to process that content to the extent needed to provide, maintain and improve the service.
- Without authorization, you may not copy, adapt, resell, mirror or otherwise commercially exploit the platform's content and service capabilities.
6. Handling of violations and limitation of liability
- If we discover violations, abuse, attacks, fraud or conduct that harms the rights and interests of the platform or its users, we have the right to restrict features, suspend accounts, remove abnormal data or take other necessary measures.
- To the extent permitted by law, WenYi is not liable for indirect losses, loss of expected profits or problems with third-party services arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
- If any part of these terms is held invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
7. Nature of the divination content
- Charts and readings are based on the rules of traditional Chinese divination (术数) and on AI generation; they are cultural and trend references, not guarantees about the future.
- The service does not predict lifespan, time of death, whether an illness will occur or the sex of a fetus, and does not give lottery, gambling or speculation advice; for health, legal, investment or major financial matters, please consult the appropriate professionals.
- The service is intended for adults; users under 18 should use it only with the consent and accompaniment of a guardian.
If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the WenYi service. We may update these terms according to business and legal requirements, and will notify you of updates by displaying them on the page or by other reasonable means.
